Led UX strategy, research, and execution for a $40M+ annual revenue beauty e-commerce platform, bridging online and offline experiences across web and Walmart retail locations. Delivered high-impact product features, site redesigns, and system-level improvements to increase conversion, streamline user journeys, and support business growth.

  • Defined and drove UX vision across web and retail initiatives, supporting Mayvenn’s national expansion and omnichannel strategy.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership in an Agile environment.

  • Led design efforts for Walmart in-store rollout (first 5 of 500 stores), managing experience design and partnership execution.

  • Spearheaded migration from Sketch to Figma, centralizing and maintaining scalable design systems.
